These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Dice Roller mobile application ("the App") published by Maxim Melnik ("the developer", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, please uninstall the App.
1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to the rules of the App Store and these Terms.
You may not:
- Sell, redistribute, sublicense, lease, or rent the App.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except to the extent such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App.
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable law or the App Store Terms of Service.
2. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
The App offers two paid options that unlock the premium dice content: 10 premium dice materials (Glowing, Rays, Fire, Cosmic, Web, Mandala, Sigil, Baroque, Gothic, Rainbow), 3 premium fonts (Engraved, Imperial, Heritage), and 2 premium table surfaces (Lava Rock, Mirror Tile).
2.1. Pro Monthly Subscription
- Price: $2.99 per month (or local equivalent shown by the App Store at purchase time)
- Billing: Auto-renewable subscription billed through your Apple ID
- Renewal: Automatically renews each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- Free trial: 3-day free trial offered to new subscribers on first sign-up. During the trial you have full Pro access; you will not be charged. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your Apple ID will be automatically charged the then-current monthly price (currently $2.99) and the subscription begins. To cancel during the trial: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Dice Roller Pro Monthly → Cancel Subscription. Cancelling during the trial does not retroactively withdraw the trial period — you retain Pro access until the trial ends, then the subscription does not renew. Each Apple ID is eligible for the free trial only once per subscription product per Apple's rules.
2.2. Pro Lifetime Unlock
- Price: $19.99 one-time (or local equivalent shown by the App Store at purchase time)
- Billing: Single non-consumable purchase through your Apple ID
