# Terms of Use for CycleViz

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the CycleViz iOS application and any related support services made available by [Your legal name or business name] ("CycleViz", "we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using CycleViz, you agree to these Terms.
## 1. Eligibility
CycleViz is intended only for adults. You may use the app only if you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement.

CycleViz is a personal tracking tool designed to help users record and organize cycle-related, injection-related, symptom-related, and subscription-related information for informational use.
CycleViz is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
## 3. No Medical Advice
CycleViz does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or dosage recommendations. Content, reminders, logs, and reports generated by the app are for personal information only and should not be used as a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
You remain solely responsible for your health decisions and for how you interpret or use any information entered into or displayed by the app.
## 4. App Store Terms and Apple Billing
If you downloaded CycleViz from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple’s applicable App Store terms and the default Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a separate custom EULA is provided.
Apple is not responsible for the content, maintenance, support, or warranty of CycleViz except as required by applicable law.
## 5. Subscriptions
Certain features of CycleViz may require a paid subscription.
If you purchase a subscription:
- payment is handled by Apple through your App Store account;
- subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period;
- your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period;
- you can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings;
- refunds, where available, are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies.
Free trials or introductory offers, if available, are subject to Apple’s rules and may convert automatically into a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
## 6. Your Responsibilities
You agree that you will:
- use CycleViz only for lawful purposes;
- provide and maintain accurate information if you choose to enter data into the app;
- keep your Apple account secure;
- not misuse, interfere with, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the app or related systems except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
You are solely responsible for the data you enter and for any decisions you make based on that data.
## 7. Privacy
Your use of CycleViz is also governed by the CycleViz Privacy Policy, which explains how data is processed.
## 8. Intellectual Property
CycleViz, including its design, branding, software, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by or licensed to [Your legal name or business name] and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and any App Store usage rules.
## 9. Availability and Changes
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of CycleViz at any time, including features, subscription options, or supported devices, to the extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device, OS version, or network condition.
## 10. Exports and Sharing
CycleViz may allow you to generate reports or share app-generated content. You are responsible for deciding whether to export or share that content and with whom you share it.
Once you share information outside the app, third-party terms and privacy practices may apply.
## 11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to CycleViz features where permitted by law if:
- you materially violate these Terms;
- continued service would create legal, security, or operational risk; or
- Apple or a service provider requires us to do so.
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it and canceling any subscription through Apple if applicable.
## 12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CycleViz is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
## 13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Your legal name or business name] will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, health-related outcomes, revenue, business, goodwill, or profits arising from or related to your use of CycleViz.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or related to CycleViz will not exceed the amount you paid for the app or subscription in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or EUR 50 if you paid nothing, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
