Welcome to AI Virtual Glasses Try On: Ovi (the “App”), developed by Moumen Hamada ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You may use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the App or use it in a way that violates any applicable law, regulation, or the rights of others.
All content, features, and functionality within the App — including images, designs, interface, and code — are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
The App offers optional premium features via auto-renewing subscriptions through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
All billing is handled securely by the respective platform. You are responsible for managing or canceling your subscription through your Apple or Google account.
If the App allows you to upload or generate images (such as your photo or try-on previews), you are solely responsible for that content.
By using the App, you confirm that you have the rights to use the content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or misused the App.
