1. Indian laws require Portfolio managers and Investment Advisory Service providers to be registered under SEBI. SignalX is not a SEBI registered financial advisory body. All due diligence before investing in any strategy is the responsibility of the user and SignalX assumes no part in it as it’s a neutral technology provider and not a financial services provider.
2. You agree that, SignalX (Including its and their officers, directors, employees, affiliates, representatives or subcontractors) shall not be, in any event, be liable, whether in contract or tort, for any direct, special, indirect, consequential or incidental damages or other damages of any kind whatsoever arising out of the use or inability to use SignalX for any purpose whatsoever even if SignalX or any other such party has been advised of the possibility thereof.
3. The intellectual property of the strategy logic and configuration is Open source and distributed under the MIT license on Github. Your usage of SignalX strategies implies you're in in-principal in agreement with the code and the logic that's automating the strategies. Any technical issues arising out of the 3rd-party services (including Cloud providers for deployment, external Redis and MongoDB services, and any other service that might get added in the future) that are required to run SignalX are out of SignalX's purview. SignalX cannot and does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to the SignalX platform.
4. Investing or trading using Algorithms is not free from market / technology and other risks. Understanding the risks and drawdowns of an algorithm are necessary. Algorithmic performance of the past does not guarantee future performance. Any performance statistics in this website are based on historical data and may or may not be repeated in future.
