These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Valo Flashcards Languages mobile application (the “App”), published by Valo Flashcards Languages.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Purpose of the App

Valo Flashcards Languages is a language learning application based on flashcards, designed to help users learn and memorize vocabulary through short, daily practice sessions.

2. Access to the App

The App is available for download on supported devices via the Apple App Store.

Some features are available for free, while others require a paid subscription.

3. User Accounts

The App does not require the creation of a user account.

All learning data (progress, flashcards, statistics) is stored locally on the user’s device.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Certain features are accessible via a paid subscription.
• Payments and subscriptions are managed by RevenueCat, in accordance with Apple App Store rules.
• Subscription pricing, billing periods, and renewal terms are clearly displayed before purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
