These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Screen Recorder App (the “App”) provided by ZION DRIVING SCHOOL LIMITED (also shown as ZION’S DRIVING SCHOOL LIMITED) (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You must be legally able to accept these Terms. If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for any content you record, store, or share using the App (“User Content”). The App is a tool; we do not review or endorse User Content.
You must ensure you have all necessary rights and permissions to record or capture any content, including (where applicable): • third-party apps, videos, music, calls, or messages; • other people’s personal information or likeness; • copyrighted material.
You agree not to use the App to: • violate any law or regulation; • record content without required consent where applicable; • infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or other rights; • create, distribute, or promote harmful, illegal, or abusive content; • attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the App or its security.
The App has no subscriptions. If the App offers optional one-time purchases or ads in the future, we will update these Terms and/or provide appropriate disclosures.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free on all devices.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, recordings, profits, or business arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding data practices, the Privacy Policy controls.
