These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of ReMarkly (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1) Provider and contact

ReMarkly is provided by Hadrien Patin (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2) License

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s App Store rules.

3) Local-first behavior and your content

ReMarkly helps you store and review reading highlights. You are responsible for:

• The content you import or create in the App
• Ensuring you have the rights to store, use, and export that content
• How you share, export, or publish content

Copyright note

Highlights may contain copyrighted text. ReMarkly is intended primarily for personal use, study, and note-taking. If you export, share, or publish content, you are responsible for complying with applicable copyright laws and any licensing terms.

4) Subscriptions and payments

ReMarkly may offer paid subscriptions (for example, Monthly and Annual plans). Some plans may include a free trial (for example, a 7-day trial on Monthly). Pricing and availability may vary by region and may change over time.

Billing and renewal

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and managed by Apple.

• Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
