These Terms of Use and Privacy Notice govern the use of the PHONĒ app, provided by Simon Nikel (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”). By using this app, you agree to the following terms.

1. Description of Services

PHONĒ is a mobile application designed to help users record, manage, and analyze dreams and prophetic impressions using AI. Users can store content and access advanced features through an optional subscription (“PHONĒ+”).

2. Subscription (“PHONĒ+”)

• The app offers paid premium features as part of a monthly or yearly subscription.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account.
• Subscription management and cancellation can be done in your Apple or Google account settings.

3. Requirements for Use

• The app is intended for users aged 16 or older, or with the consent of a parent or guardian.
• You agree not to upload any content that violates applicable laws or ethical standards.

4. Data Processing & Third-Party Services

The app uses third-party providers for hosting, storage, transcription, and AI-based analysis. By using PHONĒ, your input (audio/text) may be transmitted to these providers for processing.

• Firebase (Google Ireland / Google LLC, USA)

  Used for hosting, authentication, storage, and database. Data may be processed in the EU and, in some cases, in the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

  Privacy Policy

• OpenAI (OpenAI L.L.C., USA)

  Used for transcription (Whisper) and AI-based analysis. Audio recordings and text may be transmitted to OpenAI servers for processing. API data is not used for training.
