By downloading or using Photo Roulette Game ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years of age.
• You are able to form a legally binding contract.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Photo Roulette Game is a multiplayer party game where players guess which photo belongs to which player. The app randomly selects photos from your device's gallery for use during gameplay sessions.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not sell, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the App.

4. Photos and Content

You retain full ownership of all photos you upload. By using the App, you grant us a temporary, limited license to display your photos to other players in your game session solely for the purpose of gameplay. This license expires immediately when the game session ends and all photos are permanently deleted.

You are responsible for all content in your device's photo library that may be selected during gameplay. Do not use the App if your library contains content that violates these Terms.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Only share photos you own or have the right to share.
• Not upload illegal, offensive, explicit, pornographic, or violent content.
