2. Rules of Use

• Using the app is entirely voluntary.
• The user independently decides which content (training data, thoughts, feelings) to enter into the app.
• The "AI Coach" feature is an automated system and does not represent a real human interaction.
• Data entered into the app is not verified or reviewed by human specialists (psychologists or sports trainers).
• The user is fully responsible for the content and data they provide in the app.

3. Informational Nature of the App

• The Mindify app is intended solely for informational, educational, and motivational purposes.
• Not Medical or Psychological Advice: The app does not constitute medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice. It does not replace consultation with a doctor, therapist, or other qualified health professional.
• Not Professional Sports Coaching: The app does not replace a certified physical trainer. Any suggestions regarding physical activity, intensity, or recovery are generated by Artificial Intelligence and should be treated as general suggestions, not personalized training prescriptions.

4. Liability and Physical Safety

• Physical Risk: The app creator is not responsible for any physical injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from physical activities undertaken by the user based on interactions with the app. You engage in physical activity at your own risk.
• Decision Making: The creator is not responsible for decisions made by the user based on results, insights, "Readiness Scores," or suggestions presented by the AI Coach.
• Third-Party Services: The creator is not liable for issues, downtime, or inaccuracies arising from third-party services used within the app (e.g., speech-to-text services, Google Gemini API, OpenAI API).

5. Age of Users

The app is not intended for children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and suspect that a child is using the app without supervision, please contact us — we will take appropriate action, including the deletion of their data.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content within the app, including the source code, interface design, functionality, the "Lion Coach" character/mascot, graphics, and texts, is protected by copyright law and remains the property of the app creator.
