Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Use") carefully before using the Stack'd mobile application ("the App") operated by Stack'd ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the App.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the App.

1. LICENSE

Stack'd grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App on your mobile device strictly in accordance with these Terms and the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

This license does NOT grant you the right to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the App

2. ACCOUNTS

Account Creation

• You must create an account to use certain features of the App
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account

Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
