Welcome to Whispcal. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Whispcal mobile application ("Service"), owned and operated by Thomas Morice. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Whispcal provides users with AI-driven tools to manage data and inputs. The app is free to download and use with certain limitations. Users may choose to upgrade to a premium subscription to unlock additional features.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Whispcal offers auto-renewable subscriptions to provide access to premium features, including:

• Unlimited manual AI prompts (exceeding the 6-prompt free limit).
• Microphone/Voice input functionality.
• Camera/Image recognition functionality for food and data snapping.

Subscription Options:

• Monthly Subscription: Billed every month.
• Yearly Subscription: Billed once per year.

Payment Terms:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

3. Managing Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
