This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Biljana Pinjatic ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our") for the Godly Couples mobile application ("App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not download or use the App.

1. Scope of License

Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the App on any Apple or Android device that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the App Store or Google Play Store Terms of Service. This license is for your personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Eligibility & User Conduct

• Age: You must be at least 13 years old. Users under 18 confirm they have parental/guardian consent.
• Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account and device access.
• Prohibited Use: You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.

3. User-Generated Content (Zero Tolerance Policy)

"Godly Couple" allows users to share messages and photos. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding objectionable content.

• Prohibitions: You shall not post content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, contains hate speech, promotes violence, or includes sexually explicit/pornographic material.
• Enforcement: We reserve the right to review, flag, and remove content. We may terminate or suspend any account that violates these guidelines immediately and without notice.

4. Privacy, Analytics, and Data Protection

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We use Google Firebase to provide services including authentication, data storage, and application analytics. To understand how the App is used and to improve its features, performance, reliability, and user experience, we use Google Analytics for Firebase.
