1. Who can use the app

To use Byndle, you must:

• On iOS (App Store): be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country).
• On Android (Google Play): be at least 18 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country).
• Provide a valid email address.
• Accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Permitted use

Byndle is a social reading app designed to help users save and share quotes, reviews, lists, and reading activity. The following is prohibited:

• Impersonating others or sending spam.
• Posting offensive, illegal, copyrighted, or inappropriate content without permission.
• Uploading explicit sexual content, excessively violent material, or content that promotes hate, discrimination, or harassment.
• Tampering with the system or using bots to access the platform.
• Using the app for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

3. User-generated content

You are responsible for the content you upload, including:
