By using the Mimo application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the App. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use Mimo.

1. About Mimo

Mimo is a digital scrapbook app that allows users to create personalized albums using ready-made templates, add stickers and drawings, and export content to social media. The App is available for iOS devices.

2. Use of the App

You may use Mimo to:

• Create and customize digital albums using ready-made templates
• Add stickers, text, and drawings to your content
• Export and share your creations on social media

You agree not to use the App to:

• Create content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or that infringes on the rights of others
• Reproduce, distribute, or commercialize the App's templates without authorization
• Reverse engineer or attempt to modify the App in any way

3. User Content

All content you create within Mimo remains your property. Mimo does not claim any rights over user creations. You are solely responsible for the content you produce and share from the App.

When exporting content to social media, you are also subject to the terms and policies of those platforms. It is your responsibility to comply with the rules of each platform you use.

4. Intellectual Property

The templates, icons, stickers, and other visual elements provided by Mimo are the exclusive property of the developer or are licensed from third parties. Use of these elements is permitted only within the App, for personal and non-commercial purposes.

The Mimo brand, App design, and all source code are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without express authorization.
