1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Image to PDF mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not download or use the App.

These terms are a legal agreement between you and Honeycomb Labs ("we," "us," or "our").

2. License and Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App on your iOS device for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the App.
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, layout, and visual designs within the App are the exclusive property of Honeycomb Labs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

Certain premium features in the App require a subscription or one-time purchase.

• Billing: All transactions are processed and managed securely by Apple and RevenueCat.
• Cancellations: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time through your Apple App Store account settings.
• Refunds: All refund requests are handled directly by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies.
