1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the mobile application published by Honeycomb Labs (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Honeycomb Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a company located in Denmark.
2. Description of Service
The App is a local utility tool designed to help users track schedules, log data, and perform mathematical calculations related to peptide reconstitution and dosage.
Important Note: The App operates strictly as a local calculator and logging utility. It does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) and does not transmit, sync, or upload your data to external servers. All calculations and data storage are performed entirely via local algorithms on your individual device.
3. Medical Disclaimer and Educational Purpose Only
THE APP DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE.
- Informational and Educational Use Only: The App, including its calculators, formulas, and tracking logs, is provided strictly for informational, educational, and laboratory math-assistance purposes.
- No Professional Reliance: The App is not a medical device, nor is it intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. It should never be used to replace professional medical judgment, prescription instructions, or clinical advice from a licensed healthcare provider.
- User Responsibility: You acknowledge that any substance tracking, dosage entry, or reconstitution math is done entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all chemical math, dosages, and injection schedules before any real-world application.
4. License and Access
4.1 License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
4.2 Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Use the App for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable public health, medical, or pharmaceutical laws in your jurisdiction.
- Rely on the App as a safety-critical tool for medical emergencies or life-sustaining tracking.
