TERMS OF USE
Although all clauses contained in these Terms of Use are standard clauses for software products and digital services, you are advised to read them in full.
These Terms of Use constitute an agreement between you and the owner and operator of Printroom, herein referred to as the “Owner,” with regard to the Printroom application for mobile devices, herein referred to as the “Software Product,” “Software,” or “App.” By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not accept these Terms, do not install, access, or use the App.
LICENSE
The Software is licensed, not sold. The Owner grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited right and license to use one copy of the Software for your personal, non-commercial use on compatible devices that you own or control.
The rights granted herein are subject to your compliance with these Terms. No title or ownership in the Software is transferred or assigned to you, and these Terms shall not be construed as a sale of any rights in the Software.
USE OF THE APP
Printroom is designed to help you transform photos into stylized print-like works, choose paper styles, save generated prints, manage your portfolio, and purchase paper packs or membership benefits where available.
You are responsible for the photos, prompts, uploads, images, and other content you provide to the App. You represent that you have the necessary rights to use such content and to allow the App and its service providers to process it for the purpose of providing the App’s features.
You may not upload, generate, or use content that is illegal, infringing, abusive, deceptive, harmful, or otherwise violates applicable law or the rights of others.
RESTRICTIONS OF USE
Unless the Owner has expressly authorized you to distribute the Software, you shall not make or distribute copies of the Software or transfer the Software from one device to another except as permitted by the applicable app store rules.
You shall not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, adapt, translate, include in other software, create derivative works based on the Software, or use the Software for commercial purposes without authorization.
You shall not rent, lease, resell, sublicense, assign, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Software or this license. Any attempt to do so shall be void and of no effect.
COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in the Software is transferred to you. Title and full ownership rights in and to the Software, including its design, code, brand, interface, visual assets, and related materials, remain the exclusive property of the Owner or its licensors.
