By using Polly, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.
What Polly is:
Polly is a tool for running verified community polls. It is not a financial product, a governance system with legal standing, or a replacement for formal voting processes. Results on Polly are binding only to the extent that your community agrees they are.
Your account:
You sign in using an existing Discord, X, or Telegram account. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure. One person, one account. Creating multiple accounts to vote more than once is prohibited and technically prevented by the platform.
What you can and can't do:
You can use Polly to run legitimate community polls, participate in polls you are invited to, and verify results using on-chain data.
You cannot use Polly to run polls that facilitate illegal activity, harassment, or harm. You cannot attempt to manipulate poll results through technical means. You cannot impersonate another person or community.
Poll results:
Once a vote is recorded on the Polygon blockchain, it is permanent. Polly cannot reverse, alter, or delete confirmed votes. Poll admins can delete a poll from the Polly platform, but this does not remove on-chain transaction records.
Availability:
Polly is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uptime, and we are not liable for losses resulting from platform unavailability, bugs, or blockchain network issues.
Changes:
We may update these terms. If we do, the updated date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of Polly after changes means you accept the new terms.
