By downloading, installing, or using Storage Cleaner ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

## Description of the App
Storage Cleaner is a photo and video compression utility for iPhone. The App allows you to compress photos and videos stored on your device to reduce file sizes and free up storage space. All compression is performed entirely on your device — no media files are uploaded to any server.
**Results may vary.** The amount of storage space recovered depends on the original format, resolution, and content of your media files. We do not guarantee any specific compression ratio or minimum file size reduction.

## Free Use & Subscription
### Free Tier
The App offers limited free use, including up to 3 compressions per week at no charge.
### Storage Cleaner Pro Subscription
Unlimited compression access requires a **Storage Cleaner Pro** subscription.
- **Price:** $2.99 per month (or the equivalent in your local currency)
- **Billing:** Charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- **Auto-Renewal:** Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- **Renewal Price:** Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate
- **Managing Your Subscription:** You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
- **No Partial Refunds:** Unused portions of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
Prices are subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated in advance through the App or App Store listing.

## Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the App to compress, store, or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
- Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
- Attempt to circumvent any subscription or usage limits

## Your Content
Your photos and videos remain yours. The App processes your media locally on your device and does not claim any ownership of your content. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your original files before compression. **We strongly recommend keeping original copies before compressing, as compression is not fully reversible.**

## Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all software, design, and content created by us, are and remain the exclusive property of Morgan Dufour. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your Apple devices as permitted by these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms.

## Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
- Any specific compression results will be achieved
- The App will be compatible with all iOS versions or devices

## Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MORGAN DUFOUR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF MEDIA FILES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

## Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

## Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

## Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Morgan Dufour resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.

## Apple-Specific Terms
These Terms incorporate the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA governs. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content.
