Terms of Use — Lexify

1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading or using Lexify ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. License Lexify grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions The App offers the following paid options:

• Lexify Pro (Lifetime): A one-time purchase that unlocks all Pro features permanently.
• Lexify Pro (Monthly): An auto-renewable subscription that unlocks all Pro features on a monthly basis.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. No refunds will be provided for partially used subscription periods.

1. Free Tier Limitations Free users may analyze one document per day. Advanced features including unlimited analysis, document export, and multi-document merging require a Pro subscription or one-time purchase.
2. User Content All documents imported into Lexify are processed entirely on your device. No document content is transmitted to our servers or any third party. You retain full ownership of all content you import into the App.
3. Privacy Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Lexify collects only anonymous usage analytics through TelemetryDeck. No personal data or document content is collected or stored.
4. Intellectual Property All content, design, and code within Lexify is owned by Yunlong Zhao and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lexify and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
7. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
