Kogoroku Terms of Use

Article 1 (Scope)

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) set forth the conditions for use of Kogoroku (“App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Article 2 (Service)

The App is a service for recording and storing children’s words (quotable phrases) together with photos and audio.

Article 3 (Account and data)

1. You may use the App without creating an account.
2. Data is stored on your device. The operator assumes no liability for loss of data due to loss, damage, or malfunction of the device.
3. If data is lost because you deleted the App, it cannot be restored.

Article 4 (Paid features)

1. The App offers paid features called “Kogoroku+”.
2. Purchases of paid features are made through Apple In-App Purchase.
3. Refunds after purchase follow Apple’s refund policy.
4. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time in your Apple Account settings.

Article 5 (Prohibited conduct)

• Misuse of the App or reverse engineering.
• Creating or sharing content that infringes others’ rights.
• Commercial use of the App beyond personal, non-commercial use.
