Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using SwiftInvoice ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. The App is operated by MDL Network LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
SwiftInvoice is a mobile invoicing application that allows users to create, customize, and send professional invoices and estimates. The App provides tools for managing clients, tracking expenses, and generating revenue reports.
Free and Premium Plans
SwiftInvoice offers a free tier and a premium subscription:
- Free tier: Access to the Classic template, up to 3 invoices and 3 estimates per calendar month.
- Premium ($14.99/month or $99.99/year): Access to all 9 templates, unlimited invoices and estimates, logo, signature, accent colors, payment information, expense tracking, and report exports.
Subscriptions & Billing
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.
User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of all invoice and business data you enter.
- SwiftInvoice is a document creation tool, not an accounting, tax, or legal service.
- You are responsible for complying with all applicable tax laws and invoicing regulations in your jurisdiction.
- You must not use the App for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purpose.
