These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Ivan B. (Independent Developer) governing your access to and use of the Apps Relationship Health & Tracker and Long-Distance Couple Dates and related services. By using the Apps you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance and changes

You accept these Terms by tapping “Accept”, creating an account, or using the Apps. We may modify these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Apps.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• Provide accurate information and do not impersonate others.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. User conduct and prohibited activities

You agree not to:

• Violate laws or infringe rights of others.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, impersonate or exploit other users.
• Upload or share content without consent of all parties.
