1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the AI Verify mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

AI Verify provides tools designed to analyze and evaluate digital content for potential AI-generated or manipulated characteristics. Results provided by the App are informational only and should not be considered definitive or legally binding.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

AI Verify offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features.

Subscription details:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Prices and durations are displayed within the App at the point of purchase.

4. Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, it is provided for a limited time and is available only once per eligible account unless otherwise stated. Apple may determine eligibility for trial offers.
