Agreement to Terms By downloading, installing, or using the "Allah - Athkar" mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service Allah - Athkar is a mobile application designed to help users learn and memorize the 99 Names of Allah. The App provides:

• Daily "Name of the Day" feature
• Audio pronunciation of names
• Flashcard and quiz practice modes
• Deep-dive content on the meanings of names
• Home screen widget

Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Options The App offers the following premium subscription options:

• Muslim (Monthly): $5.99/month - Access to all premium features, renews monthly
• Mu'min (Yearly): $49.99/year - Access to all premium features, renews annually (Save 17%)
• Allamah (Lifetime): $149.99 one-time purchase - Permanent access to all premium features

All subscription plans are in USD and may appear different based on your country and currency conversion rates applied by the respective App Stores.

Premium Features Include:

• Unlimited quiz attempts
• Detailed quiz results and statistics
• Timed 99-Name Challenge mode
• Full flashcard practice (100 cards)
• Play All Names mode
• Loop individual names
• Shuffle mode
• Save favorites
• Deep dive meanings and insights

Payment and Renewal

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings in the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase

Free Trial If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Intellectual Property All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, audio files, and software, is the property of Allah - Athkar or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

User Conduct You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Share, distribute, or reproduce premium content without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

Disclaimer The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

The religious content in this App is provided for educational purposes. Users should consult qualified scholars for religious guidance.

Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada.
