These Terms of Use (Agreement) explain the terms under which you agree to use the website located at www.threedotsignature.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree that you have read and understood this Agreement and that you accept and agree to be bound by its terms. By accessing the Site, viewing any content, or using any services available on the Site (as defined below), you agree to be bound by these terms.

THE LEGAL AGREEMENTS SET OUT BELOW GOVERN YOUR USE OF THREEDOT’S SERVICES (“SERVICES”). BY USING THREEDOT’S SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS, WHICH MAY BE UPDATED FROM TIME TO TIME AT THREEDOT’S SOLE DISCRETION. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE THE SERVICES.

1. How Our Services Work

ThreeDot offers flat-rate graphic design services. We are an online service where users (Clients) can subscribe to a monthly service for a recurring Monthly Fee and request an unlimited number (.5) of graphic design tasks (“Tasks”) to be completed.

A suitable Task, for example, may be the creation of a graphic asset based on visual assets and text provided by the Client, or resizing an image to a specified pixel width while preserving its aspect ratio. Tasks may include a wide range of requests.

ThreeDot services work as follows:

I - The Client subscribes to the monthly flat-rate service. They receive an invite to access their Project Board, where they will submit and manage all design requests. (See Demo Board Here).

II - Once the Client has access to their Board, they will manage and submit all Tasks across five columns, in the following order:

• Backlog: Where the Client organizes all Tasks they need completed. There is no limit to the number of Tasks in this list.
• In Progress: A list where the Client notifies ThreeDot to begin working on a Task. Only one active Task is allowed at a time. If the Client places more than one Task “In Progress,” no material will be delivered for Review until the Client sets only one Task as “In Progress.”
• In Review: Where the completed Task is placed for Client review.
• Approved: Where the Client places the Task once it is approved and all design files have been received.
• Completed: An archive of approved Tasks.

III - When reviewing a Task, the Client may either:

A) Approve the Task; or

B) Add feedback and move the Task back to “In Progress.”

The Client may request unlimited revisions, keeping in mind that delivery timelines remain the same.
