These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) set forth the conditions for using the mobile application “Stamp Calendar” (hereinafter referred to as “the App”).

By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 1 (Application of the Terms)

These Terms apply to all relationships between the user (“User”) and the operator of the App (“Operator”) regarding the use of the App.

Article 2 (User Registration)

1. Some features of the App may require user registration.
2. The Operator may refuse registration if it determines that the applicant:
   • Provided false information,
   • Previously violated these Terms, or
   • Is otherwise deemed unsuitable for registration by the Operator.

Article 3 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in any of the following acts when using the App:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Infringement of the rights of other users or third parties
• Interference with servers or network functions
• Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
