Welcome to REMIXME (the “App”, “Platform”, “Service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the REMIXME mobile application (“App”) and related services, which are owned and operated by Make Art Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of REMIXME’s iOS app (and any future web or cross-platform versions), including all features, tools, APIs, content, and services offered now or in the future (collectively, the “Platform”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using REMIXME, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Platform.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form a binding agreement between you (the “User”, “you”, or “your”) and REMIXME.

1. Eligibility & Accepting the Terms

1.1 Eligibility. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). If you are under 18 (or the legal age in your jurisdiction), you represent that you have parental or guardian consent to use the Platform.

1.2 Agreement. By using REMIXME, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms (and any future updates). We may notify you of changes (e.g. in-app, by email, or via the Platform). If changes are material, we’ll try to give you advance notice. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. The Platform & Services

2.1 Functionality. REMIXME allows users to:

• Upload or import audio tracks, stems, or samples
• Process audio using cloud-based features (e.g. stem separation, effects, transformations)
• Assemble, edit, mix, and produce remixes
• Save remix projects in the cloud
• Share, stream, or export remix content
• (Future) remix other users’ remixes, use community effect presets, follow/remix social features

2.2 Scope. We may add, modify, or remove features over time. All features will be subject to these Terms or supplementary terms as announced.

3. User Account & Conduct

3.1 Account Registration. To access many features, you must register an account, provide a valid email, choose a password, and maintain accurate information. You are responsible for your account’s confidentiality and all actions taken under it.

3.2 Suspension & Termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access, disable your account, or remove content if you violate these Terms or any policies, or for any other reason in our discretion.
