Welcome to MyCar Widgets (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). The App is developed and operated by Happy advert Limited (hereinafter referred to as "we", "our", or "us"). Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the App. By using MyCar Widgets, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the App immediately.

1. Services Provided

1.1 App Features

MyCar Widgets provides car-related widget services, including but not limited to:

• Display of car models and brands (including logos and official images);
• CarPlay dashboard widgets;
• Weather information widgets (requires location permission);
• Custom themes and backgrounds;
• Additional features that we may release and update in the future.

1.2 Service Changes

We reserve the right to update, adjust, add, or discontinue any features or services at any time without prior notice.

2. User Responsibilities

2.1 Lawful Use

Users agree to comply with applicable laws and regulations and shall not use MyCar Widgets for:

• Infringing upon others’ intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Publishing or transmitting unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate content;
