Welcome to Verbord (the "Application"). This is a legal agreement between you and the developer of the Application ("We"). Please read this Agreement carefully before you download, install or use the Application.

1. Provision of Services

The Application is a tool designed to help users record audio, add location information, and generate transcripts. The Application is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee that its functionality will work perfectly under all circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the Application, including, but not limited to, loss of data, business interruption or any other commercial damages or losses.

5. Changes to the Agreement

We reserve the right to modify the Agreement at any time. When a material change to the Agreement occurs, we will post a notice within the Application or through the App Store page. Your continued use of the Application after the Agreement has been updated will constitute your acceptance of the modified Agreement.

6. Termination of the Agreement

You may terminate this Agreement by deleting the Application. Certain provisions of this Agreement, such as intellectual property rights and limitations of liability, will survive termination.

7. Application of Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China without regard to its conflict of laws principles in its interpretation, validity and dispute resolution. Any disputes arising from the use of this application shall be resolved by both parties through friendly negotiation first; if the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction.
