1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Hydrate water tracking mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Hydrate is a mobile application designed to help users track their daily water intake, set hydration goals, receive reminders, and monitor their hydration habits over time.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You may create an account using email/password or through supported third-party services (Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In)
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

3.2 Account Deletion

• You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page in the App
• Account deletion will permanently remove all your data including water entries, settings, and personal information
• This action cannot be undone

4. Data Collection and Privacy

4.1 Personal Information

We collect and store:

• Account information (name, email address)
• Water intake entries and tracking data
• App preferences and settings
• Usage analytics for app improvement

4.2 Data Storage

• Your data is securely stored using Firebase services
