1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Humanize AI mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Honeycomb Labs ("we," "us," or "our"), a company located in Denmark.

2. Description of Service

Humanize AI is a productivity tool that provides AI-powered text processing and enhancement services. The App allows users to transform and improve written content using artificial intelligence technology.

3. License and Access

3.1 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

3.2 Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the App
• Resell, rent, lease, or sublicense access to the App
