1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using any of the mobile identification applications published by Honeycomb Labs (collectively, the “Apps” or individually, an “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Apps.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Honeycomb Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a company located in Denmark.

2. Description of Service

The Apps are AI-powered tools designed to help users identify various items (including but not limited to jewelry, coins, plants, insects, or rocks) and to provide informational insights regarding characteristics, history, or classification.

The Apps analyze images and related information submitted by users using artificial intelligence and third-party services. All results are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice, authentication, certification, appraisal, or valuation services.

3. License and Access

3.1 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

3.2 Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Apps
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Apps
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices
• Use the Apps for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Apps
• Resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Apps
