Terms of Service – imgPDF

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the imgPDF mobile application (“imgPDF” or “the App”), provided by Batak Solutions AB (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

imgPDF allows users to convert images into PDF files directly on their device. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful activity.
• Copy, reverse-engineer, sell, or redistribute any part of the App.
• Interfere with the App’s normal functionality or infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

2. No User Accounts or Personal Data

imgPDF does not require you to create an account, and we do not collect or store any personal information. All processing is done locally on your device.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

imgPDF operates on a weekly subscription basis (currently USD 2.99 per week, with a free trial available), processed securely through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.

• Billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled by Apple.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds are subject to Apple’s policies; we do not issue refunds directly.
