Welcome to SellStage. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "User") and SellStage ("we", "us", "our") and govern your access to and use of the SellStage mobile application and related services (the "Service").

1. Description of Service

SellStage is a mobile application that enables sellers, craftspeople, and design professionals to visualize products and design changes in real-world spaces using artificial intelligence. The Service allows you to:

• Capture photos of physical spaces
• Build a catalog of products with AI-assisted background removal
• Place products into space photos, change wall colors, swap surfaces (floors, wallpapers, doors, windows), and remove unwanted objects
• Generate photorealistic "before / after" visualizations using AI
• Share results with customers

The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis and may evolve over time. Features may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using SellStage, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Account Registration
