Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service set forth the basic matters regarding the rights, obligations, responsibilities, conditions of use, and procedures necessary for using the “Refundy” service provided by Refundy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, the “Company”).

Article 2 (Effectiveness and Amendment of the Terms)

These Terms shall take effect for all members who agree to them once they are posted on the Refundy website or otherwise announced by the Company.

The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that such amendments do not violate applicable laws and regulations. If the Terms are amended, the Company shall, in principle, notify members of such changes through the Refundy website at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date. If the amendment is unfavorable to members, the Company shall provide individual notice or announce it at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date.

If the Company clearly states, when giving notice or announcement under the preceding paragraph, that failure to express refusal by seven (7) days after the announcement or notice date and before the effective date of the amended Terms will be deemed acceptance, and the member does not express refusal, the member shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms. If a member does not agree to the amended Terms, the member may terminate the service agreement.

Article 3 (Rules Outside These Terms)

Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws, operating policies, rules, help materials, notices or announcements on the website (hereinafter, the “Detailed Guidelines”), and any separate written agreement entered into between the member and the Company (hereinafter, the “Written Agreement”). These Terms and the Detailed Guidelines shall also apply to members who have entered into a separate Written Agreement.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Detailed Guidelines or a Written Agreement, the Written Agreement shall prevail first, followed by the Detailed Guidelines, and then these Terms.

The Detailed Guidelines shall also form part of the service agreement.

Article 4 (Definitions)

The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows:

1. Service: The service and all related services provided by the Company through the Refundy Chrome Extension, Web/PC version, and website.
2. Member: A person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
3. Open Market: Open marketplaces such as Taobao, Amazon, Coupang, and Pinduoduo through which Refundy enables refunds.
4. Member Information: Required or optional information designated by the Company for use of the Service, which may be managed through the Refundy website or Chrome Extension, including viewing and changing information related to the member.
5. ID: The email address selected by the member and approved by the Company for identification and use of the Service.
6. Password: A combination of letters, numbers, or symbols selected by the member to verify that the user matches the registered ID and to protect confidentiality.
