3. “Account” means an identification method linked to an external platform account such as Google Play or Apple Game Center.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

1. These Terms of Service shall take effect when posted within the Service or on the app marketplace (Apple App Store, Google Play) page.
2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that it does not violate applicable laws, and will provide prior notice of any changes.
3. If the User does not agree to the amended Terms, they may discontinue use of the Service.
