Game Features The Game uses your device’s built-in NFC capabilities to scan physical NFC tags. NFC tags grant in-game items, powers, or effects which are saved locally to your device. The Game does not require constant internet access but may connect to our server to back up or sync certain progress.
User Data and Account When you start the Game, we may collect: Your email address (used for saving progress or syncing across devices). Your in-game character name, race, class, and items.
Your data is stored securely and used only for gameplay purposes.
You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the email address submitted.

NFC Usage You acknowledge that the Game uses NFC scanning. You are responsible for the safe use of your device during scans. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse of hardware.
Intellectual Property All content, including artwork, sounds, and game logic, is the property of Touchpoint. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Game or its assets.
Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected misuse or violations of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability The Game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages or data loss resulting from your use of the Game.
Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
