These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Valo Sleep (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1) Who we are

Valo Sleep is provided by an individual developer (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2) The App is not medical advice

Valo Sleep provides sleep and wellness tools (like breathing exercises, audio sessions, and a bedtime app blocker). The App is for general informational and wellness purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you have a medical concern, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

3) Eligibility

The App is intended for users 13 years and older.

4) Your content

The App lets you create content such as typed notes, voice recordings, and transcripts (“Your Content”).

• You own Your Content.
• You’re responsible for what you record or write and for using the App safely and lawfully.
• If you request transcription, your audio/transcript may be processed by third-party service providers to fulfill your request (see the Privacy Policy).

5) Subscriptions and purchases

Some features require a paid subscription (“Premium”).

• Billing: Purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store.
• Subscription management: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings.
• Renewals: Unless canceled, subscriptions typically auto-renew according to Apple’s terms.
