2. User Accounts You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. User Responsibilities & Content You retain full ownership of the documents and data you upload ("User Content"). However, you grant Invio.app a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you.

You agree that you are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring it is accurate, legal, and that you have the rights to upload it.

4. The Service is Provided "AS IS" - Disclaimers

• Acknowledgement of AI Errors: You acknowledge that the Service uses automated AI systems to process information and that this process is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or error-free. The output of the Service may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations.
• User Responsibility for Verification: You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all information processed by the Service. Invio.app is an organizational tool, not an accounting or financial advisory service. You must not rely on the accuracy of the Service's output for tax, legal, or financial decision-making without independent verification.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

You may access certain features of the Service by purchasing a paid subscription. Pricing, billing frequency, and renewal terms will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. You are responsible for all applicable fees and taxes. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You can terminate your account at any time by cancelling the paid subscription.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kazakhstan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
