Please read the following notes carefully before commissioning.

(I will be using a translator occasionally to ensure our conversation is clear. I appreciate your understanding!)

• The client must be 18 years old or above.
• I do not draw R18/NSFW.
• Visual references are essential; If you do not have a clear character sheet, I will not be able to accept the commission.
• Artist may not be able to accept every request, and reserves the right to decline if it exceeds their capabilities.
• Base canvas size: A4 (2894 × 4093 pixels), 350 dpi Avatar size: (2500 × 2500 pixels) , 350 dpi If you need other sizes, please let me know in advance (do not exceed 5000 pixels). </aside>

🔄Commission Process

• Discussion: Please DM me via (Instagram/Facebook/Threads) or Email with your character details and ideas.
• Sketch: I will provide one draft for your confirmation. After the sketch is approved, major revisions will not be accepted. During the sketch stage and the initial coloring stage, revisions are allowed (limited to 2 minor revisions only; no major changes.)
• Payment: Deposit: A 50% deposit (non-refundable) is required before I start the sketch. Remaining: After the sketch is confirmed, please pay the remaining 50%.
• Completion: High-resolution files (PNG/JPG) will be delivered via Google Drive or email.

• Workflow: Inquiry → Deposit (50%) → Sketch confirmation (up to 2 minor tweaks; no major changes) → Initial coloring (up to 2 minor tweaks; no major changes) → Remaining (50%) → Completion

💰Payment

• Prices are in USD.
• Prices may increase depending on the complexity of the commission. Deposit 50%, remaining 50%. If the total amount exceeds $250USD, the deposit is 30% and the remaining is 70%.

❗Usage Terms & Rights

• Copyright remains with the artist. The artist reserves the right to include the work in a personal portfolio or post their artworks anywhere with a watermark.
• When posting the artwork, the client must credit the artist(@rutiru0-0/藝真yi zhen.)
• The artwork is only for personal use : avatars, wallpapers, small personal prints, etc. Any commercial/profit-making use is prohibited.
• Commercial use: If you want to use it for streaming, merchandise sales, or brand promotion, please email me to ask for a commercial quote.
