These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the HairstyleAI mobile application (“App”), operated by Paterns Inc (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

2. User Content

The App allows you to upload images to generate hairstyle and beard transformations. You retain all rights to the images you upload. By using the App, you grant us permission to process these images solely for generating AI results. We do not sell, share, or reuse your images for any other purpose.

3. AI-Generated Results

The App provides AI-generated hairstyle and beard previews for entertainment and visualization purposes. Results may vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate or representative of actual outcomes.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

Some features may require in-app purchases or subscriptions. All payments are processed through the App Store. Subscription terms, including renewal and cancellation, follow the policies of the respective platform.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the App

• Interfere with the App’s normal functionality

• Use the App for commercial purposes without permission

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App (excluding user-uploaded images) are owned by us and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the App.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.
