These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Resilience 4 Life mobile application (the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Restrictions on Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You may not, without prior written permission from Resilience 4 Life:

• Use any part of the app or its content in a professional, clinical, coaching, educational, religious or commercial capacity
• Use the curriculum, written content, imagery, or program structure as a treatment plan, therapeutic protocol, or client‑facing resource
• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly display, or publicly perform any content
• Share, sell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise transfer access to the app or its materials
• Use the app in any context where you receive financial benefit from its content or where its use could create legal or professional liability for Resilience 4 Life or its creators

Any use of the app or its content beyond personal, non‑commercial use is strictly prohibited unless authorized through a separate written agreement.

If you wish to use the app or its content in a professional capacity—including but not limited to therapy, counseling, coaching, consulting, teaching, workshops, spiritual guidance, group facilitation, congregational programming, or organizational training—you must obtain written permission and enter into a separate licensing agreement with Resilience 4 Life. This agreement may include fees, usage guidelines, and additional terms including proof of insurance and operating licences, certifications, degrees, etc.

Unauthorized professional use constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in termination of access and pursuit of appropriate remedies.

2. Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information up to date.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
