These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our QR Code Scanner application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the App You may use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of it.
2. Subscription & Payment The App offers a free trial followed by a weekly subscription. Payments are handled via your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
3. Cancellation You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store settings.
4. Intellectual Property All content, design, and functionality of the App are the property of the developer and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
5. Disclaimer The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of scanned data.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the QR Code Scanner mobile application ("the App") provided by Batak Solutions AB ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App QR Code Scanner is designed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Use the App for any unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the App.
• Interfere with the App’s operations or services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

1. No User Accounts

   This App does not require you to create a user account.

   All usage is anonymous, and we do not collect personally identifiable information.

2. Payments and Subscriptions

   The App offers a subscription service via Apple’s App Store.

   All payments, billing, and cancellations are managed by Apple.

   We do not handle refunds. Please refer to Apple’s policies for subscription management and refunds.

3. Disclaimer

   QR Code Scanner is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

   We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of scanned results.

   You use the App entirely at your own risk.
