General Terms of Use for the Talent Go Application · Last updated: May 10, 2026

1. Purpose These General Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”) govern access to and use of the “Talent Go” mobile application (hereinafter the “Application”) published by Talent Go SAS. The Application connects candidates seeking employment, internships, or apprenticeships with recruiters (companies) wishing to post job offers and identify talent. It also aggregates job offers published by France Travail via their public API. Registration on the Application implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

2. Registration and Access to the Service2.1 Registration is open to individuals aged 16 and over who are legally capable of entering into contracts, as well as to legally constituted entities (recruiters). 2.2 The user agrees to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false statement may result in the suspension or deletion of the account without notice. 2.3 The account is strictly personal. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and for all actions performed from their account. 2.4 Recruiters must register with a professional email address and provide a valid SIRET number (French business registration number). Verification is carried out before the job posting features are activated. 2.5 Talent Go SAS reserves the right to refuse any registration or close any account that does not comply with the Terms of Service, applicable legislation, or the spirit of the service.

3. Service Description

The Application offers the following features: Search and view job offers (organic and from France Travail); "Swipe" functionality for offers published on Talent Go; Online application with cover letter and resume; Messaging between candidates and recruiters; AI assistant "Axel AI" (based on Anthropic models) for compatibility scoring, job posting creation, and application support; Push notifications for application tracking. The service is provided "as is." Talent Go SAS does not guarantee that the Application will be bug-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet all of the user's specific needs.

4. User Commitments

The user agrees to: Publish only lawful, accurate content that complies with public order and morality; Not impersonate a third party or pose as a recruiter without authorization; Not collect or use other users' data for commercial purposes without express permission; Not send unsolicited, harassing, discriminatory, or offensive messages; Not attempt to circumvent the Application's security or moderation mechanisms; Not use the service in any automated way (scraping, bots). Any violation may result in immediate account suspension and, where applicable, legal action.

5. France Travail Job Offers The Application displays, for informational purposes, job offers published by France Travail (formerly Pôle Emploi) via their public API. When a candidate clicks on a France Travail offer, they are redirected to the official website candidat.francetravail.fr to apply. Talent Go SAS is not involved in the recruitment process for these job offers and has no commercial relationship with France Travail. Application requirements, data processing, and the follow-up to applications are the sole responsibility of France Travail and the employer concerned.

6. AI Assistant “Axel AI”

The Application includes a conversational assistant based on artificial intelligence models (Anthropic Claude). This assistant provides: An automatic compatibility score between a job offer and a candidate profile; Assistance in drafting job descriptions for recruiters; General advice on writing applications. The results produced by the AI are indicative only. They do not constitute a recruitment decision, nor legal, financial, or medical advice, and cannot replace human judgment. Talent Go SAS cannot be held liable for a decision made solely on the basis of an AI recommendation. In accordance with Article 22 of the GDPR, the user retains the right not to be subject to a fully automated decision.

7. Intellectual Property All elements of the Application (interface, trademark, logo, code, database, editorial content) are the exclusive property of Talent Go SAS or its partners and are protected by French and international law. Any reproduction, extraction, or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization, is strictly prohibited. The user retains ownership of the content they create.
