Terms of Service - Mila

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mila mobile application (the "App") and the services provided by Bliss Coach ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility and User Account

Minimum Age: You must be at least 13 years old.
Account Creation: Optional (you may use the App anonymously). If you create an account (email/password or Apple Sign-In), you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
Prohibited Actions: Do not create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or share your account.

3. Acceptable Use

The App is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to use it for any illegal, harassing, or harmful purpose; attempt unauthorized access; copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of it; or use bots/scripts to access it.

4. Not Medical Advice

Mila is an AI nutrition coach that provides general wellness and nutrition information for informational purposes only. It does not provide medical, dietary, or professional advice and is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare provider or registered dietitian. Always consult a professional before changing your diet, especially if you have a medical condition. Mila is not intended to diagnose, treat, or manage any condition, including eating disorders.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and the AI character "Mila" are the property of Bliss Coach or its licensors. You retain ownership of the audio, messages, and photos you provide, and grant Bliss Coach a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, host, reproduce, and adapt that content solely to operate and improve the App. You may not use the "Mila" or "Bliss Coach" trademarks without prior written permission.

6. Purchases and Subscriptions

The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions (e.g., weekly and 3-month plans), which may include a free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Prices are shown in-app; refunds are handled solely by Apple under its policies.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Bliss Coach is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for all damages shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred Euros (€100) if you have made no payments.
