Terms of Service — Charm

These Terms govern your use of Charm ("the App"), operated by Bliss Coach ("we", "us"). By using Charm, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Charm is — coaching & entertainment, NOT professional therapy or advice

Charm is an AI dating and relationship coach that offers conversation tips, message ideas, confidence boosts, and feedback. Charm is for entertainment and personal self-improvement only. It is NOT professional psychological, therapeutic, medical, or legal advice, and is not a substitute for a licensed therapist, counselor, or other qualified professional. Charm cannot guarantee any romantic, social, or relationship outcome. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and interactions. If you are experiencing distress, abuse, or a crisis, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services / helpline.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 (or the minimum age in your country, whichever is higher) to use Charm, which contains mature, dating-oriented themes. Minors may not use the App.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access secure.

4. Subscriptions, billing & free trials

• Charm offers auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged within 24 hours before renewal.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID Settings → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region; we may change prices prospectively. Except where required by law or Apple's policies, payments are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable use & content you upload

Don't misuse Charm: no unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringing use; no attempts to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or scrape the service; no using Charm to deceive, manipulate, or harm anyone. When you upload screenshots or describe conversations, you confirm you have the right to share that content; do not upload other people's private, identifying, or intimate information without their consent. We process the images and text you share only to generate your coaching.
