 1. Acceptance of Terms
 By downloading, installing, or using Breath Prayers + HRV Coach ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
 
 2. Description of Service
 Breath Prayers + HRV Coach is a Christian wellness application that combines breath prayer practices with heart rate variability (HRV) biofeedback. The App provides guided breathing sessions, scripture meditation, and wellness tracking features.
 
 3. Subscription Terms
 The App offers a free tier with limited features and premium subscriptions (weekly, monthly, or yearly). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
 Free trials are available for first-time subscribers. Your subscription will begin immediately after the trial period ends unless canceled.
 
 4. Health Disclaimer
 This App is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The HRV tracking and wellness features are for informational and educational purposes only. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before making any health-related decisions.
 If you have any medical conditions, especially cardiovascular or respiratory conditions, consult your doctor before using breathing exercises.
 
 5. HealthKit Integration
 The App integrates with Apple HealthKit to read heart rate and HRV data and to save mindful session records. All health data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. You can revoke HealthKit permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
 
 6. User Conduct
 You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
 • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
 • Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws
 • Share your subscription with others
 • Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
 
 7. Intellectual Property
 All content in the App, including scripture selections, design, graphics, and software, is the property of Ampys Apps or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Scripture verses are from public domain translations (KJV, WEB) and properly attributed translations.
 
 8. Refund Policy
 All purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support directly. We cannot process refunds for App Store purchases.
 
 9. Limitation of Liability
 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ampys Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months.
 
 10. Changes to Terms
 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
 
 11. Termination
 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
 
 12. Governing Law
 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
