These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sofia mobile application (the "App") and the services provided by Bliss Coach ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility and User Account

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 13 years old to use the App, in compliance with international privacy laws.
• Account Creation: While account creation is optional (you can use the App anonymously), if you choose to create an account (via email/password, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Prohibited Actions: You must not create multiple accounts to circumvent limitations or share your account with others.

3. Acceptable Use

The App is provided for your personal, non-commercial, and educational use only. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal, harassing, abusive, or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its systems, or user data.
• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App or its content.
• Use any automated system (bots, scripts, etc.) to access the App.

4. Intellectual Property Rights (IP)

• App Content: All content, design, code, lessons, structured data, and the AI character "Sofia" are the exclusive property of Bliss Coach or its licensors.
• User Content: You retain all ownership rights to the audio recordings and chat messages you provide. However, by providing this content, you grant Bliss Coach a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, host, reproduce, and adapt your content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the App (e.g., processing your voice for transcription, using chat history for context).
• No Commercial Use: You may not use any Bliss Coach trademarks (including "Sofia") without our prior written permission.

5. Purchases and Subscriptions (Not Applicable in this Version)
